Functional meets funky with this new twist on your traditional wall hook. Peggy Clips are by Danish company Lucie Kaas and designed by Japanese artist Megumi Ito. They come in four colour ways and their applications are limited only by the imagination.

They sit flush against the wall and are perfect to hang toys or clothes off or you can feature them purely as wall decor.

Delivery within Australia

• We keep our shipping fees as low and transparent as possible with a flat rate of $10 for delivery of standard orders Australia-wide (excluding bulky items and furniture).

Bulky items and furniture

• Occasionally some of our products are considered bulky due to their larger weight or size. There is a flat rate of $20 for their delivery. Bulky items are noted as such on their respective product pages.
• Furniture including chairs and tables are considered extra large in weight or size and have a flat rate fee of $30 for delivery Australia-wide. 

International

• There is currently no international shipping available, however feel free to get in touch and we will try our best to assist you.

Delivery times

• Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped on most occasions via Australia Post. Australia Post delivery time is 3-5 business days for metro and Victoria, however they may require up to 10 business days for regional areas and Western Australia. For any furniture items, please allow up to 10 business days.
• Please note, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
• You will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.
• We aim to deliver your purchases as fast as possible, therefore there may be times in which we may not be able to deliver multiple items in the one delivery. Please check your tracking and dispatch information to see how the items will arrive.

Change of mind & order cancellations

• If you change your mind about a purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund within 14 days, as long as the packaging and product are in their original condition. Products must be returned to Elk & Bee within these 14 days.
• Please contact us at hello@elkandbee.com if you wish to arrange a return or make an order cancellation. If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to return it to us for the cancellation to be honoured.
• Please note, expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded for change of mind purchases.
• Sale items are also non refundable, non returnable items.
• For all returns, please enclose a copy of the order confirmation email or tax invoice along with a completed returns form.
• Please note we cannot be held accountable for any items lost in transit, so registered post is recommended.

Faulty items

• We strive to deliver products of the highest quality, however if you believe their is a fault in your product or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange an exchange/ refund.
